Selected monthly plan allows for unlimited washes of the selected wash plan for the enrolled vehicle. Activation is monthly.
Automatic monthly renewal plans will be automatically charged to member's credit / debit card on the same date of the month as plan activation.
Membership is activated by members vehicle license plate.
Membership license plate cannot be transferred to another vehicle.
If the membership unlimited washing program is used in anyway inconsistent with its terms and conditions, membership will be immediately terminated without refund.
If you need a Replacement membership due to license plate change: Member can notify Cool Wave if the registered vehicle's license plate has been replaced. (i.e. the sale of the vehicle or stolen license plate). Membership number will be deactivated and a new number will be issued. For replacement membership contact Cool Wave at .
To change your membership plan, please e-mail with your request. Change is effective at the beginning of the member's next billing cycle. Please allow at least 5 days before your billing date to effect cancellation.
Customer's vehicle must conform to Cool Wave's dimension standards. Please speak to the program manager if you are unsure.
Restrictions apply to commercial vehicles. Taxi cabs, delivery vehicles, fleets and police vehicles should call Cool Wave at 757-269-0200 or talk to Program Manager for details and restrictions.
No other coupons or offers are valid in conjunction with the Unlimited Washing Program.

In the event Cool Wave is not able to charge a member's credit / debit card due to an expired card or change of information, the members plan will be deactivated on the first day after his or her billing date.
